Office Management Specialist - Categoria Protetta
The teamThe person will be fully part of the HR Team, which takes care of all people-related projects, processes, and activities. We are doing our best to provide the best employee experience possible inside the organization. Your Role:
  • You will deal with the overall office organization and management, in our employees' day-by-day needs;
  • You will support our HRBP in several company projects, such as Performance Reviews, Employment Policies, Learning & Development, Recruitment;
  • You will help us store correct employees' information and double-check their data;
  • You will support the implementation of Company Policies;
  • You will take part in the organization of Company Events;
  • You are a proactive and enthusiastic person, willing to prove yourself in a dynamic environment;
  • You have a passion for HR Topics and good interpersonal skills;
  • You are eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Registration with protected categories law 68/99;
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or similar;
  • Good knowledge of the entire MS Office package;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of Italian Labour Law;
  • Preferable experience in the role of at least 2 years
