Mid Level Frontend Engineer (hybrid/remote)
Milan
Your role 
  • Develop features and improvements for our product, crafting code that meets our internal standards and best practices
  • Fix bugs
  • Advocate for our internal standards through code reviews and pair programming 
  • Refactor code to keep technical debt under control
  • Contribute to enforcing and improving our product development workflow by taking part in ad-hoc retrospectives
  • Contribute to the evolution of our frontend stack
 You 
  • A solid understanding of core web and browser concepts
  • A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, core JavaScript concepts, TypeScript
  • Experience with React or React Native
  • Experience with writing automated tests (e.g. Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, AVA, tape, etc)
  • Experience using Git in a workplace environment
  • Good English language level, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An inclination toward communication, inclusion, and visibility
 Bonus points 
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, NodeJS, Docker
  • Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g. GitHub Actions) 
  • Experience with native applications development
  • Experience in a product company
  • Experience working with a remote team
  • Experience working with a global or otherwise multicultural team
  • Experience contributing to open-source software
