Support HRBP in the end-to-end recruitment process from different departments actively handling candidate recruiting experience;
Provide daily support to the other HRBPS for all company processes (Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, Employee Engagement, etc.);
Analyze trends and metrics to track ongoing recruitment process, and prepare reports to present findings to hiring managers and senior leadership;
Support in development and implementation of specific projects/initiatives that will improve our HR process and contribute to the strategic growth of ProntoPro/HomeRun.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related area;
Italian native speaker & High level of english proficiency;
Preferrable previous experience in any HR Function or Department;
Familiarity with Office tools (Excel, Word), social media channels and professional networks (LinkedIn);
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once;
Ability to take ownership and build professional relationships;
Considerable analytical and problem solving skills;
Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
Willingness to test and try in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
Responsive to feedback and excellent interpersonal communication skills
