Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from Business Departments (Operation, Sales, Finance, Legal etc.) position's approval to offer acceptance;
Analyze trends and metrics to track ongoing recruitment process, and prepare reports to present findings to hiring managers and senior leadership;
Provide operational HR support for all HR processes within Business departments (Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, Employee Engagement, etc.);
Collaborate with leaders and colleagues, offer HR guidance and assist on employee relations, employee engagement, talent management and organizational development;
Develop, implement and support HR specific projects/initiatives that will improve our HR process and contribute to the strategic growth of ProntoPro/HomeRun.
You Have:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related area from a top University;
Italian native speaker & High level of english proficiency;
2+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership in a fast-paced work environment;
Preferred experience in recruiting in related field;
Familiarity with ATS tools (like JazzHR), social media channels and professional networks;
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once;
Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
Ability to take ownership and build strong, productive relationships;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
Courage to face with ambiguity and uncertainty.
