Significative communication skills and experiences as Technical Writer / Evangelist, most of that used to implement Quality Systems and Procedures. Last but not least, knowledge of design for special Electrical Systems (Gas Detection, Building Automation, Security, I(C)T Cabling, etc.), thus some knowledge of Civil Engineering, and very good knowledge of low-2-high-end Audio-Visual systems. I held, and still hold, several courses on technical products, computer softwares in primis, especially focused on CAD/CAM systems. I have certifications and followed official courses on: AutoCAD, Autodesk Fusion, Windows Server Administration, Cisco CCNA, Big Data, Management of Information Systems, and several others.
Specialties: I(C)T Hardware, I(C)T System Management (MIS), System Integration, totally skilled on Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh Operating Systems for Worsktations, and very good skills on their counteparts for Servers, also skilled on Linux based systems (mainly Firewalls and NAS's), Marketing, Sales and Technical Training.
Last but not least, higher than average general culture and strong passion also for Humanities, which lets me offer language courses and translations.
