Martina is a graduate in Oriental Studies (specialization in Arabic) from “La Sapienza” University in Rome. Her thesis was entitled: “Continuity and change in the musical tradition of North India and Pakistan. The Pakistani Sufi singer ‘Abida Parveen.” She also studied Spanish and English language. Moreover she is a professional dancer trained in the Classical Indian Style and also a YOGA teacher, certified by Shivananda. She lived in Beirut for 3 years, where she taught Yoga and Classical Indian dance at the premises of Indian Embassy as well as in different yoga centers. In Lebanon she also collaborated with different NGO and led Dance-Therapy workshops in different places. In December 2016 she left Beirut to move to India, where she taught Hatha Yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashram in Madurai and also in a private Yoga studio in Chennay called “136.1 Yoga Studio” until Jan. 2018 Right now she is in Italy in her hometown
